 Please read these policies before booking. By paying a deposit or confirming an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.Booking, Pricing, and Payments Services are charged at the price display at the time of booking or the price stated in approved quote. A 50%  nonrefundable deposit is due when booking to reserve your appointment. The remaining balance is due on the day of the appointment before the session begins. Payments are accepted by debit or credit card through the online booking system, Cash app at $ CDOTX, or cash. Cash payments must be arranged in advance, and appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Consultations, Locations, Travel, Background A consultation must be booked to discuss backgrounds, locations, travel, props, customize services, additional participants, or other special request.

Consultations, Locations, Travel, Background

Please book a consultation to discuss travel, locations, backgrounds, pops, additional participants or any special request. Pricing will depend on the detail’s of the request. All services and additional cost will be discussed and approved before the appointment is confirmed. If you do not see the service you need listed please book a consultation to discuss your request, available options, and pricing before booking.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

client must provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment late cancellations and no-shows will result in the loss of the deposit and a new deposit may be required to book another date. 

Turnaround Time, Rush Delivery, Revisions

The standard turnaround time is approximately one week for photography and photo editing in two weeks for video production and video editing. Rush delivery is subjected to availability and require a $50 rush fee. Video services include one revision each additional revision is $75.
